Great knife. It’s become my go-to for separating chickens and cutting root vegetables. Only used it a couple times on other things, but I try to keep my knives separated by task so I can rely on them better. Nice because the back of the knife is so tall that often, it stays above what I’m cutting, so it stays nice and clean and easy to control.

This knife has proven itself in multiple prepping applications. It cuts through hard produce and yet is capable of a delicate cut. I used it with incredible precision in cutting thin slivers when making marmalade and later used it to smash garlic for a ferment. It holds its sharp edge and when needed takes to a quick sharpening with no problems.

I love this knife the price for what you get is great. I don’t know if the one I purchased was a freak but right out of the box and still the sharpest new knife I’ve ever owned. Great for cutting meat or even tomatoes. The leather sheath is OK. Decently put together but cheap leather but if ur looking for a long lasting sharp knife for a decent price then buy it.

Just got this knife and can't stop using it. Comes nicely sharpened and with great balance. Thanks to its weight, it cuts through things like they're butter. This is a really nice knife! Really good quality. When washing it I was reading reviews about rust and it’s not a problem as long as you wash it by hand and not a dish washer and actually dry it off. Also this knife was ridiculously sharp. 10/10 would recommend extremely good for the price

This is my new favorite tool. Out of the box, it was wicked sharp. Immediately washed it, oiled it and put it to work. It's weight makes it a great chopper for meats, but it's razor like blade allows you to cut with finesse. Would definitely buy again. Great bargain!
